The ChiCost Management Team

ChiCosta, SA, a registered Costa Rican Company, was founded in 2004 and is the acting developer and owner for Hotel el Coquito. The ChiCosta team brings a collection of real estate professionals to the Hotel el Coquito project with a variety of talent and over 50 years of collective experience. Hotel el Coquito is the second project ChiCosta, SA is working on in Costa Rica.

The Project Team also consists of a number of local Costa Rican professionals. Salvador Grijalva, is the architect for this new condo hotel project and has worked in Costa Rica for over 30 years. Salvador's commitment to quality and attention to detail has contributed to his reputation as one of Costa Rica's finest real estate players.

FACIO Law, one of the countries' top real estate law firms, is representing Hotel el Coquito and is assuring the highest regard toward accurate representation and delivery of product to our customers. Mauricio Gonzalez Crespo, is the acting attorney and he has proven to deliver professional representation to many real estate projects throughout the country.

Latinamerica Title Co, will be acting as Escrow Manager for all customer relations. They will assure accurate and approved methods for all the necessary steps customers may have from contract commencement to unit closing.

Marle Accounting, a local Costa Rican company located in San Jose, will additionally be managing all banking and accounting transactions during the development of the project and will continue to maintain precise and detailed budgets for the operation of Hotel el Coquito.
